Welcome to the Advanced Soils Conference website (“www.advancedsoils.com”). These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in the Advanced Soil Health Testing & Regenerative Agronomy course (“Conference”). By registering for the Conference or using this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Conference Registration
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
Each registration is valid for one attendee unless otherwise stated. Registration may not be shared between multiple individuals.
The Conference organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.
2. Payment
Conference registrations are processed through SureCart, and payments are securely processed by Stripe.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
Online Registration Pricing: Registration prices displayed at checkout include applicable online payment processing costs. No additional processing fee will be added at checkout.
3. Conference Program
The Conference schedule, speakers, session topics, venue, and event format are subject to change if circumstances require.
Every reasonable effort will be made to present the advertised program; however, substitutions or schedule adjustments may become necessary.
Changes to speakers or scheduling do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Educational Purpose
The Conference is intended for educational purposes and is designed to provide information, demonstrations, and discussion related to soil health, regenerative agriculture, crop management, and related topics.
Information presented during the Conference reflects the knowledge and opinions of individual speakers and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional agronomic advice for every situation.
Attendees remain responsible for evaluating any recommendations before applying them to their own operations.
5. Attendee Conduct
We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming learning environment.
Attendees are expected to:
- Treat speakers, staff, exhibitors, and fellow attendees with courtesy and respect.
- Follow venue policies and safety requirements.
- Avoid disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose conduct interferes with the event or the experience of others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Photography and Video Recording
Photography and video recording may take place during the Conference.
By attending, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings may include your likeness or voice and may be used by the organizers for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, including on the Conference website, social media, and future promotional materials.
7. Intellectual Property
Conference presentations, slides, printed materials, graphics, videos, recordings, and other educational content remain the intellectual property of their respective presenters or the Conference organizers unless otherwise noted.
These materials are provided for the personal educational use of registered attendees and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, published, or sold without prior written permission from the copyright owner.
8. Vendor Exhibits
The Conference may include carefully selected exhibitors whose products or services support the educational objectives of the event.
The presence of an exhibitor does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of any particular product or service by the Conference organizers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Conference organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Conference or use of this Website.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, lodging, personal belongings, and individual decisions made based on information presented during the Conference.
10. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellation of the Conference resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
The organizers reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
13.Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for the Advanced Soil Health Testing & Regenerative Agronomy event, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations received before the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per registration.
No-Shows
Registrants who do not attend the event and do not cancel in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Registration Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Please contact us before the event with the new attendee’s information.
Event Cancellation or Changes
In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, speakers, or program when necessary. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
